About the event

This 32 week (8 month) Mindfulness course was developed by Anthony Harris, a long term practitioner of Mindfulness, He has drawn from his experience to enhance the 8 week Mindfulness course by giving the course attendee a deep understanding of Mindfulness. This course will only be run once a year.

The 8 month (32 weeks) course helps to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and as well as learning some new techniques.


Information

  • The criteria for attending this 8 month Mindfulness course is that you have to have attended an 8 week Mindfulness course with Samye Foundation Wales.

  • The course starts from Thursday 4th Sep 2025, it's a weekly course for 32 weeks.


Pricing

  • £320 for normal price, this can be paid by BACS payment every month of £40 at the beginning of each month.

  • £280 if you pay for the course in full at the start.

  • £200 for Volunteers and Supporters of the Centre.
