Yoga stretching to start the day, then guided mindfulness, then Sound Bathing to relax after lunch followed by mindful walking & siitting.

About the event
Start your Spring retreat with some gentle yoga stretching to start your day. This will be followed by Guided mindfulness sitting & walking with Lorraine. After lunch there will be a body scan followed by Sound Bathing for relaxation. The last session of the day will be gentle mindful movement followed by mindful sitting.
