Join us for a guided meditation session with Anthony. The session will be preceded by a short talk.

Mindfulness Instructor

Anthony has been a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness for over 35 years. He is a qualified psychotherapist and an experienced teacher of mindfulness and meditation.

How to join

1. This is a free drop-in event, open to all.

2. Please arrive 5 mins early, as the door will be closed on time.

There's also a meditation bowl in the room if you would like to make a donation towards the centre.
