10am . Refuge and Bodhicitta then Audio Teachings

10.45am: Discussion and Tea Break

11:15am: Refuge prayer then audio teachings

12:30: Discussion and tea break

This event is free. No need to book.

However you will be able to purchase refreshments from the cafe.
