The Joy of Mantra Half Day Retreat

We will all join together in the shrine room and chant mantras throughout the retreat guided by Anthony. 

Some of the mantras will be melodic and there will also be time for meditating using the mantra quietly as you sit. which will make this an immersive experience in sound. We will be chanting mantras, as well as singing English translations of some of the spiritual songs and Simon will be playing the gong. 

This can create a sense of joy and wellbeing when we all chant as a sangha together. The mantras will include Chenrezig mantra, Tara mantra, Medicine Buddha mantra, Guru Rinpoche mantra and other mantras.

We will all meet in the Shrine Room at Samye Foundation Wales CF5 1GZ.

Tea and coffee will be available to purchase in the break. We can take cash or card payments.

This is a donation based event. Please email admin@sfwales.org to let us know you are coming. There will be a donation bowl in the shrine room; donations help with the running costs of the centre. Should you wish to donate by card there is a card machine in the cafe.
