The Joy of Mantra Half Day Retreat

We will all join together in the shrine room and chant mantras throughout the day. Some of the mantras will be melodic and there will also be time for meditating using the mantra quietly as you sit. This can create a sense of joy and wellbeing when we all chant as a sangha together. The mantras will include Chenrezig mantra, Tara mantra, Medicine Buddha mantra, Guru Rinpoche mantra and other mantras.

Booking

This is a donation based event, you can book your cushion by donating as much as you like. 

Booking is recommended for your comfort throughout the retreat.

Tea, coffee and biscuts will be available in the breaks for donations.
