The Joy of Mantra Half Day Retreat

We will all join together in the shrine room and chant mantras throughout the retreat guided by Anthony. Some of the mantras will be melodic and there will also be time for meditating using the mantra quietly as you sit. This can create a sense of joy and wellbeing when we all chant as a sangha together. The mantras will include Chenrezig mantra, Tara mantra, Medicine Buddha mantra, Guru Rinpoche mantra and other mantras.

We will all meet in the Shrine Room.

Tea and coffee will be available to purchase in the break.

This is a donation based event, all donations are appriciated as they help with the running costs of the centre.
