About the event
These sessions are very popular and we are trying to limit the size of the group so you can enjoy maximum benefit.
See Simon's amazing collection of Tibetan singing bowls - some between 200 and 400 years old.
Come and enjoy the tranquil sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, as well as a gong. Why not make the most of your experience by sitting in our Tibetan cafe before or after your session where you can chill out and if you wish, purchase some refreshments such as warming Chai tea and cake.
Wear comfortable clothes as you have an option of lying down or sitting on the floor. Cushions, yoga mats and blankets are provided.

- Bookings are necessary. Your name will be added to a waiting list IF THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT IN CASE THERE IS A CANCELLATION. It is important that you book your ticket in advance.
