About the event

'The real challenge is to have balance and stability within continuous change'

from 'Restoring the Balance' by Akong Rinpoche

Finding balance and stability within the continual change, different experiences, and constant activity of our lives isn’t easy. We will use the methods of Tara Rokpa: meditation, relaxation, movement, self massage and art materials to find ways to 'restore the balance'. Our focus for the day will be to explore how we can bring more resilience and healing as we move through the challenges and ups and downs of our daily lives.
