About the event
This is a 30 minute practise session every Monday for anyone that has completed an 8 week mindfulness course and has moved on to the next stage of the 8 week compassion course.
You are still welcome to attend if you haven't done any mindful compassion training as long as you know there will be no explanation just gently guided compassion exercises.
