Monday Evening Guided Buddhist Meditation Class

In this Guided Meditation Class, we will chant Buddhist prayers to start and end the session.

Lorraine has been given permission to run Buddhist Meditation Classes at the centre by Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche, and has been meditating for over 35 years.

How to join

1. This is a free drop-in event, open to all, donations are welcome.
2. Please arrive 5 mins early, as the door will be closed on time.
3. Please book or RSVP in advance, so we can prepare and keep you informed if there's any change.
