Mindfulness Retreat Day with Anthony

While the busyness of Christmas festivities are all around us why not take some time out to meditate and relax.

There will be sessions of sitting practice and walking meditation throughout the day.

This retreat is for anyone that has done an 8 week Mindfulness course with either Lorraine or Anthony at the centre, or have done an 8 week Mindfulness course elsewhere.

If the weather is good there may be opportunities to sit outside to appreciate and experience the calm of the waterfall and different sounds in the garden that can lead to tranquility.

Anthony has been a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness for over 30 years. He is a qualified psychotherapist and an experienced teacher of mindfulness and meditation.

How to join

• Reserve your place for £5 via Paypal, it's advised to book in advance.

• Lunch and refreshments for the day are £8 which you pay in the cafe on arrival.

• There will be a donation dowl in the room if you would like to give a donation to help the centre.

• If you pay as a supporter of the centre then the retreat day is included in your package as long as you have had mindfulness training. You would just need to pay for your food and refreshments.
