About the event
Have you been experiencing stress, worry or anxiety. Or, do you always have too much to do, no time for yourself and are working long hours, or taking work home? Does some of this sound familiar? Now maybe it is time to find some time for yourself.
Mindfulness, when practised, can help you to feel less stressed and anxious and make some time for you to relax and value the present moment..
Mindfulness trainer
Start your journey with this 4 Week Mindfulness course delivered by Lorraine, an experienced Mindfulness practitioner and trainer. Lorraine runs the 8 week mindfulness course, many workshops, one to one sessions in mindfulness, as well as mindfulness retreat days. She also runs the Samye Foundation Wales Mindfulness centre in Wales.

This course can either be attended online on zoom, or at the Mindfulness centre.
Each week you will be emailed notes and MP3s to support your practise.
