About the event

We will chant the puja in Tibetan using phonetics.

The Medicine Buddha puja purifies and heals on all levels: physical, mental, spiritual, and environmental. It is considered particularly powerful for people who are sick or have recently died, and for bringing both temporal success and the ultimate success of enlightenment.

What is the meaning of the Medicine Buddha mantra?

“Tayata Om, Bekandze Bekandze, Maha Bekandze, Radza Samudgate Soha” means “May the many sentient beings who are sick, be freed from sickness soon. And may all the sicknesses of beings never arise again.” Tayata Om Mantra is also known as the Medicine Buddha Mantra.
