Mahamudra Group Practice
Open to practitioners who have had Pointing Out instructions from Mingyur Rinpoche and have had the teachings based on the Third Karmapa's 'Aspiration of the Mahamudra of Definitive meaning'.

This group practice is based on the Third Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje 'Aspiration of the Mahamudra of Definitive meaning'.
Anyone who wishes to attend will already have had Pointing Out instructions with Mingyur Rinpoche and have attended his 2026 Mahamudra Retreat in Hampshire.
The practise sessions will normally be about 2 hours in duration and will consist of meditation followed by discussion and sometimes watching Mingyur Rinpoche's online teachings.
