Introduction to Buddhism 6 Week Course - 6/6

This course will suit beginners and those who have an interest in Buddhism. It will take place in our beautiful Tibetan Shrine Room where you will learn about Vajrayana Buddhism . This will include Buddhist prayers that we chant at the beginning and end of the meditation session, we will look at the meaning of the prayers. Also learn correct posture when meditating. The different levels of the shrine, how to make a simple shrine at home, What the offerings are and mean. Musical instruments used at some of the pujas. Correct etiquette when entering a shrine room and a lot more.

It is a free course, and it takes place on Wednesdays for 6 weeks, this is the last one. 

If you would like to make a donation to help our centre there is a donation bowl in the room. This goes towards the centres costs such as utility bills and general running of the centre.
