Green Tara Vigil

You are welcome to join us on our 24 hour Tarathon. In doing the Tara practise together it generates good energy that will benefit us all both personally and for the centre removing any obstacles.

How to join

We are starting the puja at 8.15am. Each puja is approximately 1 hour. We will do 2 hour slots and at the end of 2 hours people can take it in turns to get themselves tea and biscuits while others sit quietly doing the mantra so there is continuous practise. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you are able to do.

8.15 am to 10.15am: FIRST SESSION 

10.15am to 10.45am: refreshments 

10.45am to 12.45am: SECOND SESSION 

13.15pm to 15.15pm : THIRD SESSION 

15.45pm to 17.45pm : FOURTH SESSION 

18.15pm to 20.15pm: FIFTH SESSION 

20.45pm to 10.45pm: SIXTH SESSION 

11.15pm to 1.15am: SEVENTH SESSION 

1.45am to 3.45am: EIGHTH SESSION 

4.15am to 6.15am: NINTH SESSION 

6.45am to 8.45pm: TENTH SESSION
