You are welcome to come and join us for the Green Tara Puja chanted in Tibetan. (Female aspect of compassion working with are fears). Texts are available to follow (in phonetics).
How to join
This is a free drop-in event, open to all, donations are welcome.

Information
This event takes place on the ground floor in the Tara Shrine Room of 248 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF24 2LP.
The door will be open at 8am.
This puja is then followed by a 10 minute Medicine Buddha Mantra from 9:15 to 9:30 am
