About the event
This will be a guided retreat with Rosina focussing on gratitude and appreciation.
We will bring gratitude to our bodies and our lives with some practices together and some time to reflect.
There will be a £5 admin fee to reserve your place on the retreat.
You are welcome to bring your lunch to eat in the garden after the retreat has finished - weather permitting.
There will be a donation bowl in the room should you wish to help the centre towards the utility and other bills at this time.
