Chanting the Compassion Mantra of Green Tara ' Om Tare Tutare Ture Soha' with singing bowls played gently with the mantra
Sitting Quietly meditating and integrating the sound of the bowls
Chanting the Compassion Mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hung' with singing bowls played gently with the Mantra
