About the event
A day for meditation practitioners led by Kunga Dondrup (Damien) a long time friend of Kagyu Samye Dzong Cardiff. Over the years he has completed many Vajrayana and meditation retreats and and will share how to integrate Dharma practice into everyday working life.
The topic for the day retreat is "The Four Thoughts that turn the mind from Samsara".
While Damien is here he really wants to help the centre. He is raising funds for the Tara room to renovate and refurb. This will include repainting in Traditional colours, getting a new Tibetan shrine, Thangkas, statues, laminate flooring so it looks like a traditional Tibetan shrine room. It is so wonderful to have him with us and all of his generosity and energy to get things done.
