Buddhist Retreat Day

Anthony is an experienced Buddhist practitioner, and will guide you through your meditation throughout the day. There will also be some walking practise outside, weather permitting. The breaks will be in silence.

Anthony will start and end the day with Buddhist prayers.

The topic for this retreat would be: Buddhist prayers, Buddhist contemplation and meditation.

Please wear warm comfortable clothing. You will be asked to take your shoes off when entering the shrine room. It will suit those with some meditation practise as well as experienced buddhist practitioners.

Booking Information

• The suggested donation is £30, or any donation is appreciated.

• Lunch and refreshments is £10, this is not included in the donation.

• If you are a Supporter of the Centre or Volunteers, this is included in your monthly retreat.
