About the event
Join us for Buddhist prayers and sitting practise.
You are welcome to chant the Buddhist prayers with us at the beginning and end of the session. The prayers are first chanted in Tibetan which is easy to follow using phonetics and then spoken in English. Then the singing bowl will be rung periodically for you to start 10 minute silent meditation sessions. After each session you are welcome to stretch or continue to meditate.
How to join
This is a free drop-in event, open to all.
Please arrive 5 mins early.
This event takes place in our Tara Shrine Room, on the ground floor of 248 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF5 1GZ.
