Sangha Retreat Day - Inspired by Rob Nairn's Book: Living Dreaming and Dying - Part 2

Part 2 (after first retreat day on 22nd June)

Following Lama Zangmo's course on the 7 Points of Mind Training and the section on Living and Dying with confidence, the group have requested a day's retreat to reflect on this. We have been inspired by these recent teachings and Rob Nairn's book: Living Dreaming, Dying.

This retreat is free. However, there is a donation bowl in the room should you wish to help the centre.

Please RSVP so we know you are coming. When you arrive, you can go straight to the cafe to pay for your food and refreshments available throughout the day retreat.
