MINDFULNESS FOR DAILY LIVING
Start Date Friday 12th January 2024 11am to 12.15pm, and then same time Friday for 8 weeks
Lorraine, an experienced mindfulness practitioner and trainer, will guide you through new mindfulness techniques each week which will help you to become more tranquil and peaceful in your daily life and less reactive.
Mindfulness, when practised regularly, will aid better sleep patterns, help you to feel less anxious and less stressed.
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention and being in the present moment, knowing what is happening in the moment, both in your mind and around you…….no matter what it is.
You will be emailed MP3s and notes each week following the session.

Reduced fee from £180 to £150.
1. Pay in one go: full amount can be paid at the beginning of the course.
2. Pay in installments: the first payment of £24 and then a further 7 payments of £18, we can send you a standing order in advance for setting up with your bank.
