FINDING PURPOSE

SATURDAY 25th JANUARY 2025  10am to 4pm

Talks on how to discover and strengthen our inner spiritual purpose.

We often struggle to meditate every day. Our lives are so busy and there never seems to be enough time, but there are methods we can use to transform our attitude towards our meditation practice. Then we can always find the time and energy to meditate.

These talks will provide useful instructions from the Tibetan Buddhist ’ngondro’ practices, but suitable for non-Buddhists too. The techniques help us find the motivation to meditate regularly and to bring more depth and purpose to both our practice and our daily lives.
