Join the Sangha for a Chenrezig Day Retreat.
Practicing Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara) is associated with loving kindness and compassion. When practising on (or close to) the full moon is considered especially beneficial due to the moon's association with clarity, compassion, and purification in Buddhist traditions. The full moon amplifies the positive energy and potential for spiritual growth associated with Chenrezig's practice of loving-kindness and compassion.
We will be doing the slightly longer version of Chenrezig and we have spare texts for people to use. We will alternate sessions between Long Chenrezig Puja and Short Chenrezig Puja.
How to join
Free to attend. Everyone welcome.
There will be soup for lunch, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits available. The cost for lunch and refreshments for the day is £10, please pay in advance; alternatively you can also pay on the day, but please email admin@sfwales.org in advance to let us know so it helps us prepare for enough food, thank you.

This event takes place in our Main Shrine Room, on the 2ed floor of our middle building, 250 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF5 1GZ.
