Join us for this Tibetan Buddhist Meditation on Universal Compassion.
The texts and chanting is in Tibetan and there are texts available, it is in phonetics so it is easy to follow. You are also welcome to just sit quietly and meditate if you prefer to do that.
This Puja is led by Anthony.
How to join
This is a free drop-in event, open to all.
Please arrive 5 mins early, as the door will be closed on time.

This event takes place in our Main Shrine Room, on the 3rd floor of our middle building, 250 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF5 1GZ.
