Chenrezig Puja - Tuesday

Join us for this Tibetan Buddhist Meditation on Universal Compassion.

The texts and chanting is in Tibetan and there are texts available, it is in phonetics so it is easy to follow. You are also welcome to just sit quietly and meditate if you prefer to do that.

This Puja is led by Lorraine.

1. This is a free drop-in event, open to all.

2. Please arrive 5 mins early.
